Do I pay any fees to join the Company?
No. There is no cost to join LiveSwitch Entrepreneurs.
Yes. A Multi-Level Network Selling business Marketing (MLM) business (sometimes referred to as a Multi-Level Marketing or “MLM” business) is one where a company’s revenue is earned via a non-salaried sales force.
An Entrepreneur’s earnings are based on the sale of LiveSwitch, Inc.’s Products or Services. Entrepreneurs are incentivized to both sell products directly and recruit others to join the Company and become part of an Entrepreneur’s sales network. Money is only earned from Products (or Services) sold directly to Customers.

No. However, Members are incentivized to recruit new Members (sometimes called “Distributors” or “Downlines”) into their LiveSwitch Business Network (“LBN”).

Members earn a commission not only on their own sales but also on the sales made by the people they recruit (their Downline) who make sales. Unless there is a sale of a LiveSwitch Product, no commission is earned. Commissions are earned, however, on an ongoing basis. That is, so long as a Customer pays for the Product, the Entrepreneur who is an active Member continues to earn a commission.
Yes. As a self-employed person, Entrepreneurs own and operate their own business, meaning they are responsible for managing their own taxes, insurance, and work-related expenses, rather than relying on LiveSwitch to handle these aspects.
Yes. A legitimate multi-level marketing (MLM) company is a business that sells Products or Services through a network of independent representatives, with compensation based on sales to the end-users or Customers (Consumers). There is no compensation, in other words, unless a sale of a Product or Service to a Customer is made. LiveSwitch pays according to a network commission structure based only on Products or Services actually sold.

An Entrepreneur is a Sponsor when the Entrepreneur successfully recruits a new LiveSwitch Entrepreneur Member into his or her Business Network. This new Member, in turn, begins his or her own Business Network. All Entrepreneurs invited by this new Member become part of a Downline. A given Entrepreneur’s Downline extends to four (4) levels.

There are no limits to Level 1. There are four (4) levels altogether.

The following graphic illustrates the Levels and Commissions earned at each Level.

The primary focus is product selling. Why? Someone selling a Product or Service has credibility when it comes to recruiting. The secondary focus, recruiting, is must also exert on expanding its business with recruitment. For steady business growth, a balance must be maintained between sales and recruitment.
It is called “LiveSwitch Contact.” It is a browser-based, text-message-to-video platform that enables businesses to connect with customers instantly via live video or on-demand video recordings. Many reasons. More family time. increased Customer happiness. But also economics. Customers report an average rate of return of 214% (not even including the extra money they make. In other words, for every $1.00 a Customer pays, the Customer makes $2.14 extra. Our Products save and therefore allow them to make more money.
Yes, MLM the business model is legitimate. LiveSwitch Entrepreneurs is not a pyramid scheme where, for instance, those at the bottom never make as much as those at the top. In fact, someone “at the bottom” or joining LiveSwitch Entrepreneurs can earn more than every other Entrepreneur.

LiveSwitch Entrepreneurs combines all three into its commission system. This may be confusing because some businesses use one or another term when they do not include all three. Each of the following is part of LiveSwitch Entrepreneurs’ compensation system:

  • Direct selling: the Entrepreneur can sell directly to consumers.
  • Network marketing: the Entrepreneur can build a network of independent representatives to generate sales.
  • Multi-level marketing: the Entrepreneur can create a tiered compensation structure such that the Entrepreneur earns from both his or her own Product subscription sales and the Product subscription sales of Recruits (the Downline).

LiveSwitch tracks both commissions earned and customers of Entrepreneurs. At the moment, LiveSwitch Entrepreneurs is in beta mode. “Beta mode” refers to a preliminary version of a website released to a limited group of users for testing and feedback before the official public release. We are in beta mode in order to test the viability of LiveSwitch Entrepreneurs. If (1) enough individuals join LiveSwitch Entrepreneurs and (2) enough make sales to new Customers, then further software development will occur. Those changes include adding live access to commissions earned and live access to a record of all customers.
LiveSwitch will honor all financial commission commitments made to an Entrepreneur should LiveSwitch terminate LiveSwitch Entrepreneurs.
Glossary of Terms
Entrepreneur

A Member who joins LiveSwitch Entrepreneurs, LLC.

A Distributor is an Entrepreneur who sells the Company’s products or services directly to business owners or other consumers and also recruits others to join the Company, thus forming a network of salespeople. Distributors earn income from their own sales and also from the sales of the people they recruit (their “downline”).

A Recruit is an individual who joins the LiveSwitch Entrepreneurs through an existing Distributor, becoming part of that Distributor’s downline. Essentially, it’s someone who is brought into the business by a Sponsor, and the Sponsor then benefits from the Recruit’s sales as well as the sales made by others who sell the Company’s Products or Services up to four (4) levels.
LiveSwitch Entrepreneurs, LLC.
A person or business that purchases a LiveSwitch, Inc. Product or Service.
An Entrepreneur who invites another person or entity to join the Company. Also known as a Distributor.
A Downline refers to the individuals who have joined and become part of a Sales Network under a specific Entrepreneur who sponsors them. It represents the group of people recruited by an Entrepreneur (to also be Distributors), and those who are subsequently recruited by those individuals, forming a hierarchical structure (called a LiveSwitch Business Network or LBN). For any given Entrepreneur, the downline can extend to a maximum of four levels down. At the first level, however, there is no limit. In other words, an Entrepreneur can recruit as many new Distributors as possible at Level 1.
Entrepreneurs earn money through retail sales to Customers and also through commissions based on the sales of their recruited Entrepreneurs (the Downline).
A LiveSwitch Business Network (LBN) refers to an individual Entrepreneur’s business. It may be just one Entrepreneur, or, if the Entrepreneur recruits others to join, the structure of independent Distributors who sell the Company’s Products or Services and who in turn recruit other Entrepreneurs to form their own sales networks (known as Downlines). These networks are crucial to building a successful business since an Entrepreneur can earn income both from his or her own sales and from the sales generated by those they recruit.

An Entrepreneur is allotted four (4) Levels.  Level refers to the depth and breadth of an Entrepreneur’s sales network or downline (LBN). As Entrepreneurs recruit more people and those recruits build their own networks, the Entrepreneur’s business may expand (depending on the sale of Company’s Products or Services) and the levels deepen up to four.

  • LBN: You: This is the starting point in your LBN company. You focus on direct sales to Customers. You can also focus on successfully inviting (sponsoring) new Members. There are four (4) Levels.
    • Level 1: Your Direct Recruits (You are the Recruiter): Here, you focus on direct sales and recruiting your own team of Entrepreneurs.
    • Level 2: Recruits of Level 1 Recruits: These are the individuals you personally recruited into your LBN company. They form your first level of your Downline.
    • Level 3: Recruits of Level 2 Recruits: This level consists of people recruited by the individuals you brought in. This can be a significant source of commissions and bonuses for you, depending on the specific compensation plan of the MLM.
    • Level 4: Recruits of Level 3 Members: These are the individuals recruited by the members on Level 3. Your potential earnings can extend to this level but not beyond.
